课程目标：通过教学使学生不仅要掌握民法学总论的基本概念、基本原理、基本制度，而且更重要的是结合司法实践案例，运用所学知识去分析和解决问题，培养学生理论联系实际的能力。
课程内容：本课程讲授民法概述、民法的基本原则、民事法律关系、自然人、法人、物、民事法律行为、代理、诉讼时效等内容。通过上述内容的讲解，要求学生掌握民法学总论的基本理论和我国现行民事方面的立法规定。在讲授过程中结合司法实践中的具体案例进行剖析，培养学生理论联系实际、分析问题和解决问题的能力。

Objectives：This course train the students to apply the theory to the judicial practice as well as to comprehend the basic concetptions, principles and systems of civil law.
Contents：This curriculum teaches the concept of civil law, basic principles of civil law, civil legal relationship, natural person, legal person, things, civil juristic acts, agency, limitation of action and so on. Through teaching those contents above, it demands students to master the basic statements of science of civil law and China’s current civil legislation regulations. The teaching process analyzes specific cases with the judicial practice, trains students to link theory with practice and be able to analyze and solve problems.
