课程目标：通过课程学习，掌握物权法、债权法（含债法总则、合同法总则、侵权责任法）及继承法的基本体系和基本原理，掌握有关民事权利的基本概念、效力及变动规则。
课程内容：民法学分论主要讲授各种具体民事权利的效力、变动及保护。主要分为物权法、债法（含债法总则、合同法及侵权责任法）及继承法。目前我国大陆已颁布物权法（2007）、合同法（1999）、侵权责任法（2009）、婚姻法（1980，2001最新修正）及继承法（1985）。
授课对象：法学专业本科生

Objective: This course will help students learn about the basic theoretic system and fundamental principles of property law, law of obligations (including the general principles of law of obligations, contract law and tort law) and inheritance law and have a command of the basic concepts, effect and change rules concerning civil rights.
Content: The course will discuss the force, change and protection of various civil rights, in particular, those of property law, obligations law (including the general principles of obligations law, contract law and tort law) and inheritance law. With regards to the aforesaid laws, the course will refer to the property law (2007), contract law (1999), obligations law (2009), marriage law (revised in 1980 and 2001) and inheritance law (1985) currently available in China.
Prerequisites: jurisprudence, Constitutional Law and Introduction to Civil Law
Students: students majoring in jurisprudence
