Recently, the School of Languages and Cultures (School of International Communication and Exchange) organized faculty and students to visit the Shanghai Representative Office of the Russia-China Business Center for an exchange event. During the exchange, our alumni shared the operational status of the Russia-China Business Center and their professional growth experiences. Through case sharing, they encouraged Russian-major students to hone their professional skills and contribute to the overall interests of the country and the realization of personal values. Our teachers also introduced the development and construction of the college and conducted in-depth discussions with representatives on issues such as internships and employment for Russian-major students.
Both sides expressed their intention to conduct more activities with rich connotations on the basis of existing cooperation to enhance learning interest and broaden international horizons. At the end of the event, faculty and students visited the office environment of the representative office led by the alumni. The School of Languages and Cultures has always attached great importance to talent cultivation and employment, actively liaising with external units, integrating alumni resources, optimizing talent training models, and supporting high-quality employment for graduates.
