From October 11th to 18th，Ouyang Meihe, Director of the Department of International Exchange and Cooperation and the International Students Affairs Office, and Deng Jun, Deputy Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, visited the United Arab Emirates and Turkey for international students enrollment and educational exhibitions.
In the United Arab Emirates, Ouyang Meihe and his delegation met with the President of the Dubai campus of Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Dr. Srinivasan Madapusi, Senior Professor, Dr. M.B Srinivas, Dean of the Graduates School, and Dr. Vincent Shantha Kumar, Head of International Affairs Office. Both sides agreed that in the future they would strengthen exchanges and cooperation through joint training and scientific research.
In Turkey, the delegation visited three universities: Biruni University, Altinbas University, and Istanbul University. The three universities above expressed their commitment to promoting deeper cooperation in various fields with SHUPL.
