On June 1, the overseas lecture--“Opinions on Dispute Resolution of International Private Intellectual Property Law” was held online. The lecture was delivered by Yi Zaicheng, associate professor of Macao University of Science and Technology. Fan Ruijuan, Coordinator of Business Trip,presided over the lecture. The students of SHUPL actively participated in the lecture.
Professor Yi took the dispute resolution of cross-domain standard essential patents as the starting point, and introduced the basic concepts and types of disputes of cross-domain standard essential patents. Then he explained and analyzed the situation of cross-domain standard essential patents disputes in practice. Next, he sorted out and analyzed the development status of rules of disputes resolution by litigation.
